At Sub Zero we refer to staff recruiting as "Treasure Hunting". We are utterly convinced that a well
run Sub Zero shop (delicious food and great atmosphere) is entirely due to the talent and skill of a good and reliable team.

Good people are indispensable to Sub Zero. Because we are growing (one shop at a time, no rush) we need more good people and we`ll do our best to look after them, challenge them, make them laugh and hopefully keep them proud and passionate about Sub Zero.
